            The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

            Eng. House Bill No. 2492--A Bill to repeal §29-5A-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the State Athletic Commission; permits for holding, showing or exhibiting a simultaneous telecast of certain boxing events on a closed circuit telecast or subscription television; and reports submitted to the commission.
